Q: What payment terms you can accept?
A: We only accept Paypal payment currently. All orders are processed in USD, using the latest exchange rates.
Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: Only the unshipped orders can be cancelled. Cancellation may be done either through email or by telephone and refund will be issued accordingly if your order is charged.
Q: Can I have my fishing rod or reel repaired?
A: For most fishing rods and reels, repairs and servicing are available in 180 days and the shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us when you have the needs.
Q: What if my address is wrong?
- If your order is not shipped, we suggest you to cancel the order and buy it again, or contact our customer service to revise your shipping address.
- If your order has been shipped, your shipping address cannot be revised. We suggest you to keep in touch with the original address, or contact the local post office to see if it can be forwarded.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: We ship to most countries/regions of the world.
Q: Where you ship goods from?
A: Normally we ship the goods from Guangzhou, China and we also have warehouse in the USA. It depends on the situation of warehouse and delivery area.
Q: What is the shipping cost?
- If your shipping address is in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia or other most countries in Asia, Europe and Oceania, the shipping cost is free!
- If your shipping address is in the rest of the world, the shipping cost depends on the specific country you live in.
Q: What is the shipping time?
A: The shipping time depends on where you live. For example, the shipping usually takes 3-14 working days to the United States and 7-14 working days to the United Kingdom. Please refer to our shipping policy on the footer menu for more detailed information.
Q: How do I track my package?
A: If your order has a tracking number available, we will provide you with the tracking number when your order is shipped.

Q: How do I return a product?
A: Please contact us within 60 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied and you will receive an email confirming that the return has been processed. Meanwhile, you can refer to our Return & Refund Policy on the footer menu to get more detailed information.
Q: Will shipping be covered for my returns?
A: If the return is caused by buyer, buyer is responsible for shipping costs. The specific cost should depend on the courier company you choose. If the return is caused by seller, the goods recevied are damaged or incorrect, buyer is not responsible for the shipping costs and not charged a restocking fee for returns.
Q: How will you refund me?
A: Generally, we will initiate a refund within 24 hours of confirming that the refund is required and the payment will be returned the same way. And the payment time is generally 24-72 hours according to the Paypal processing time.
