If you are not completely satisfied, we will provide a refund or exchange of the item within 60 days of purchase in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Meanwhile, the product should be unused and in the original packaging.
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number as well as the reason for your return when you wish to return an item. Our customer service team will review the return request and send you further instructions if the return is authorized.
- Return Shipping:
We may provide a return shipping label if return reasons verified as seller fault. In some cases, buyer may be requested to ship with a specific shipping method while a shipping label is not provided. Buyer may return the item by any shipping method with a tracking number for return reasons not due to seller error.
- Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is caused by buyer, buyer is responsible for shipping costs. The specific cost should depend on the courier company you choose. If the return is caused by seller, the goods recevied are damaged or incorrect, buyer is not responsible for the shipping costs and not charged a restocking fee for returns.
- Restocking Fee:
20% restocking fee will be charged for return reasons not due to seller error.
When you return an item, your refund may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item. In most cases, 100% refund is guaranteed if item is in original condition. Our refund policy is only applicable to successful returns. Once we have processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Generally, we will initiate a refund within 24 hours of confirming that the refund is required and the payment will be returned the same way. And the payment time is generally 24-72 hours according to the Paypal processing time.
If you request a return, you will receive an email confirming that the return has been processed. Prepare and ship your return after return request is authorized:
1). Fix item label. We advise you to keep the item labels for a few days after receiving the parcel. An item label will help us to recognize your return parcel more efficient.
2). Please kindly make sure the item is NOT USED in original good condition with outer packing and item label. If you don't have the original product packaging, please use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper.
3). If needed, please write the RMA NO. on the surface of outer the packaging and making sure the RMA NO. is visible.
4). Pack your item securely for return and ship it based on the return shipping option you selected. Please ship the parcel by a shipping method with tracking number.
5). Inform the seller as soon as parcel is shipped. We will refund you as soon as parcel is delivered and confirmed as good.
