2. If the return is caused by buyer, buyer is responsible for shipping costs. The specific cost should depend on the courier company you choose. If the return is caused by seller, the goods recevied are damaged or incorrect, buyer is not responsible for the shipping costs and not charged a restocking fee for returns.
3. In most cases, 100% refund is guaranteed if item is in original condition. And 20% restocking fee may be charged for return reasons not due to seller error.
